Lovely Inn. We were amazed that after suffering through "Irene" that the Inn was so operational and clean. Each staff member that we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were beautiful, complete with outside balconies. We were pleased to have adjoining rooms (212 and 214). Being able to be together made our stay much more enjoyable. Having coffee, tea, cookies, craisins available in the lobby for guests is a "warm fuzzy" and was much appreciated. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games. We will certainly recommend the Cortina Inn, and we hope to return for a second stay. Thank you.
I cannot think of anything that we did not like about the Cortina Inn. Due to "Irene", one of our rooms had mushrooms growing behind the desk area. No one's fault and this problem was swiftly resolved. The only addition I would like to see is perhaps a small cube refrigerator in each room. We had an ice chest with us for cold beverages.
The staff were very friendly and tried hard to please. Rooms were comfortable.
We were extremely disappointed to find differences between the description on the website and the actual hotel. The biggest disappointment was to find there was no restaurant available on the night we stayed. After 7 hours on the road, we were not anxious to get back in our cars, and the restaurants in the brochure in the room were all either closed or did not deliver.
I stayed at the Cortina Inn and it is well worth it. The food was excellent. Customer Service was incredible. Beds are unbelievably Comfortable... Best place to stay at Killington and I go up there alot.
Totally misleading - nothing about it suggests a resort and it is not anything close to equal value for the moeny
Spacious and comfortable room with the added bonus of free, made to order hot breakfast and huge swimming pool
The Cortina Inn & Resort looked charming and interesting. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The mattresses were new and extremely comfortable for all of us (2 mature couples). Enjoyed the full breakfasts, lots of selections. Also, liked the background music: pleasant and unobtrusive. The staff was pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.
Lovely setting and clean and comfortable rooms Must be a wonderful setting to stay during the winter months
Overall just a good experience even though we were only there for one night. Everyone was very friendly, the complimentary breakfast an unexpected delight. Thank you to everyone.
I booked the Cortina Inn based on previous reviews. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The interior is basically a ski chalet setting with a central meeting place around a large wood burning fire. We also used the hot tub, which was hot but nice after a long day of skiing. The pool temperature was perfect and the facilities were clean. The rooms were updated and clean and very comfortable. Upon first appearances you would not expect the rooms to be more modern but they were great. The breakfast was okay. Hot food so you cannot complain. There was an adequate amount for the number of hotel guests. Waffle maker was a popular item but basically anything you wanted was there and free so no complaints at all. Overall I would stay at the Cortina again. Good service and accomodations for the price.
The Inn was absolutely charming. Loved the art displays. Had a cozy, welcoming feeling.
Only wish there had been a sitting area in the room to lounge or watch TV.
Friendly staff, clean room, excellent breakfast, nice pool and whirlpool. Poor workout facilities
Fireplace, room design, location.
fireplaces added a nice mountain feel. Free breakfast was great.
This inn is in the process of being re-done. The inn keepers are working hard to keep it charming. The part that is completed is perfect. Great full breakfast with everything you could want!
Icy parking lot. More salt or sand would be helpful.
The fire place was nice in the morning.
Help unloading luggage.
